Istanbul is one of the biggest metropolitan cities in the world and has a large amount of specialized workers which increases each day. Pimeks employs 60 permanent highly skilled personel and has the ability to increase this number in a week by two folds if needed due to an unexpected increase in the manufacturing. Our capacity gives us the ability to produce over 20,000,000 plastic, metal and electronic parts each year. We produce both bulk and packaged consumer products ready to ship to the retail stores.

Our production workshops occupy 3 sites in IMES and the current total useful area is 1500 m2.

Metal Stamping Workshop
Team
We employ 1 foreman and 6 operators for each shift totaling 14 employees in two shifts.
Tools
We have 6 Eccentric Presses ranging from 15T to 80T.

Plastic Injection Workshop
Team
We employ 1 foreman and 7 operators for each shift totaling 16 employees in two shifts.
Tools
We have 7 Plastic Injection Presses ranging from 150gr to 400gr.

Assembly Wokshop
Team
We employ 2 foreman, 6 operators and 20 workers.
Tools
We have 3 Ultrasonic Welders, and all other necessary air and electric tools for assembly.

In terms of the production capacity, it will be worthwhile to note that we are able to increase the useful area by hiring new sites within IMES Industrial Park and also we are able to increase the number of presses according to the needs of future requirements.
