| Tools and mould production needs a diverse
expertise. We have an unmatched knowledge and experience in
designing and manufacturing the tools and the moulds for plastic
injection and metal cutting. Production projects can range
from mass production of a simple component to specialized
production of a highly complex assembly. The ability to cost
effectively design and manufacture tooling that has a long
life-span and that is suitable for rapid production in a short
time is a strategic supremacy. On the other hand, acquiring
and operating the machines and experts needed in large quantities
to achieve this supremacy is rather costly and noticeably
increases the cost of small and mid sized projects. To have
the ability to set the cost and speed parametrically, Pimeks
invests mostly in the design, manufacturing supervision and
revision of the tools and moulds. Our strategy gives us the
flexibility to cost effectively get benefit from the mass
pool of the assembly lines and the specialized work force
in IMES Industrial Park where our company operates.
Workshop Team
Our workshop employs one foreman for metal stamping moulds,
one foreman for plastic injection moulds and two operators
who are capable to operate the tools in the workshop and also
EDM.

Mould Material Quality and Hardening
Technics
Material quality and hardening abilities are most essential
factors that differentiate quality in mould manufacturing.
Therefore, our company uses the best steels and has partnership
agreements with leading companies in the hardening process.
To achive world-class quality in our molds, we are only using
Swedish ASSAB and German BOHLER branded steels. Pimeks Ltd.Sti.
has partnership agreements with Korkmaz Isil Islem and Istanbul
Isil Islem. Our top quality partners are mainly utilizing
vacuum hardening techniques.
